Sporty looks, loaded, fast & fun to drive

I feel in love with the Genesis Coupe when it was introduced on ‘Burn Notice’ in 2010 & 4 years later my dream became a reality when I was able to buy a used 2011 MIRABEAU BLUE 3.8 V6 with black leather interior (automatic). The driver’s seat is so comfortable, it’s equipped with a few luxury options & everything you need is easily accessible. It’s quick, responsive & looks sharp! I’ve owned a Dodge Daytona (turbo), ‘95 Mustang & ‘97 Z3, but this Genesis Coupe is by far my favorite car! Overall it’s been a great & reliable car with no major issues. 11 years & 110k miles later it still runs like a champ & looks amazing for a 14 year old car. My biggest expense & complaint is the staggered tire setup, which has cost me a fortune in replacements. I’m on the 5th set of A/S Cooper Tires w/ 65k treadwear warranty, which should last for at least 4-5 years, but the tire mfgrs only honor half the treadwear warranty on vehicles when the front & rear have different sized tires. I also agree with other reviews about the traction control that basically prevents you from accelerating if you hit a bump in the road (which is every road in MI). And the paint started flaking off the hood shortly after I bought my car in 2014, but Hyundai refused to accept responsibility for the shoddy paint job & I ended up paying 100% out of pocket for a reputable body shop to repaint the entire hood.… - 5.0
